Island Solutions
In short: Class Island Teacher is a remote screen for the Class Island program on your own laptop or PC. Your class records stay on that computer. Island Solutions does not receive, store, sell, or share your information, and the app has no ads.

You run Class Island on your laptop or PC. That computer is the "host." This app finds the host on your Wi-Fi, or opens the online link you set up in Class Island, and shows the host's teacher dashboard on your phone.
All class records stay on your computer, not on servers run by Island Solutions. The app has no server or database of its own.
This information is used only to show and manage your own class records.
The app remembers the addresses of Class Islands you have opened, so you can reconnect quickly, and keeps your dashboard sign-in while the app is open. Files you download stay in your Downloads folder until you delete them. Uninstalling the app removes everything except those downloaded files.
Island Solutions does not sell or share your information with anyone. The app shows no advertisements and does not use third-party tracking or advertising tools. Your information goes only between your phone and your own computer.
Online links to your computer use encrypted HTTPS connections. Connections over Wi-Fi stay inside your local network but may not be encrypted, so use a network you trust, such as your school Wi-Fi or your own phone hotspot. Keep your Class Island password private, since anyone with it on the same network could open your dashboard.
The records you view belong to your school and learners. Handle them as required by your school and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Island Solutions never receives them.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
